University of the Pacific is located in Stockton, California. Stockton - California's Sunrise Seaport is a city of 250,000 people located 45 miles south of Sacramento and 90 miles east of San Francisco in California's Central Valley. It is a deep water port, providing access to the California Delta and San Francisco Bay. More than 75 languages and 400 dialets are spoken here, reflecting Stockton's history as an immigrant town.


UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Founded in 1851 as California's first chartered university, University of the Pacific has eleven schools and colleges, eight of which offer undergraduate professional or academic degrees in more than 80 programs of study.
